Beginning counselling


Beginning counselling can feel daunting but could be one of the most worthwhile and positive steps you could take in your life. If you feel overwhelmed by stress, trauma, anxiety, or depression it can be difficult to move forward on your own. Having a space to talk about and explore the roots of your problems and reflect on the issues that are holding you back can help you to clarify issues central to you. Counselling offers you the space to talk in a safe environment without being judged, where you are supported with compassion, understanding, and respect. Together we can look at your difficulties in different ways so that you are able to find solutions that are right for you. There is no right place to start; we begin wherever you find yourself.
